You'll start your journey with thebestof at a 3 Day Induction Course at our HQ in Solihull. Thereafter, because everyone’s training requirements are different, you will be able to personalise your training to suit you.
Courses & Webinars
We run a variety of training courses covering all key aspects of the business. In addition there are regular webinars and online courses covering specific elements – these are especially popular when a new initiative or part of the proposition is introduced, for instance.
We have an ongoing series of ‘Masterclasses’. These are run by successful franchisees, whom we pay to come to HQ for the day and share, in great practical detail, exactly what they do and how they do it. The Masterclasses are hugely popular and always book up well in advance.
All our technical training (there’s not much!) is provided online so you can go at your own pace and repeat any steps that are necessary. Our Tech Team are always on hand if you need them.
1:1 Business Reviews
At any time you can request a 1:1 Business Review with Michelle or one of her team.
At least twice a year you will get to take part in our very popular Regional Meetings, which (as the name suggests) are held regionally in different parts of the country. The meetings are led by the senior management team and they are really practical, constructive and interactive sessions. Not only are they a great chance to come together and learn from, and with, your neighbouring franchisees, but also an opportunity to influence developments to the brand.
The team are available Monday – Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm. You can access them online or you can ring up and speak to them - they’ll be only too happy to help.
